Amanda went above and beyond all expectations when I eventually took her on to format my short story, converting it to Pdf, Epub and to Mobi versions, all of which was beyond me.
She listened patiently and made all the changes I asked her to, answering all my questions, several times, and explaining the process very clearly.
She even edited out some of my own mistakes for me, which I hadn't noticed at the time.
